Select Inns Team members Richard and Terry Anderson are “living the dream” as the owners and operators of Chimney Hill Estate and the Ol Barn Inn ,a Select Registry and Diamond property, since 1994.  They are experienced Realtors and property managers.

Terry served as President of both Bucks County and New Jersey B&B Associations.   Richard has written a monthly column for the Professional Association of Innkeepers International. The newest member of team is Deborah Stiletto. Deborah worked as the Director of Dreams concierge and marketing consultant to Chimney Hill Inn.

Together they provide consultation to aspiring, prespiring and retiring Inn Owners.  They also provide seminars for prospective inn owners, managers and innkeepers and  ESP™ (exit strategy plan) seminars.
